  • How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through my website.

  • Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your service total.

  • What happens if you're late? 

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or may be charged a late fee.

  • Should my hair be washed before my appointment? 

Yes. Please arrive with clean, dry, , and fully detangled hair unless a wash service has been added to your appointment.

  • Do you provide braiding hair? 

Yes, braiding hair is included for most braid styles. If a specific color is desired, please mention it when booking.

 

  • Do you braid children's hair? 

Yes. I provide kid-friendly braid services for children ages 1 years old and up.

  • How long will my appointment take? 

Service times vary by style. 

  • What forms of payment do you accept? 

Cash, Tap to pay, Invoice, or a pay link sent to your phone number or email.

  • Do you offer braid take-down services? 

Yes. Braid removal services can be added when booking.

  • Are you autism-friendly? 

Yes. I strive to create a welcoming, patient, and comfortable environment for all clients, including children with sensory sensitivities. (I'm an autism mom myself, so I understand.)

 

  • Can I bring extra guests or kids?

No. Only the person being serviced.
